There are two things to check for if your WordPress blog doesn't show on your domain after installation via the cpanel or FTP.
- You need to check that you installed it in the 'root' folder of your hosting account. For example: you have installed it in www.yourdomain.com and NOT www.yourdomain.com/blog
- You need to delete the holding page files (index.html) as browsers search for index.html to display first. Once this file is deleted via FTP or through file manager in your cpanel, your WordPress installation should go 'live'.
